- Return Window: 15 days from when you receive your package
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and items you wish to return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Include these items in your return package:
- Items in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging
- Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
- Your Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside

- Refund Timing: Once we process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping to send your new items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- ๐ Personalized or custom items (including engraved jewelry from our Pendentifs, Colliers, and Bracelets collections)
- ๐ฆ Opened Coffrets (gift sets that have been opened)
- ๐ LSG Merchandise (special collection items as noted at time of purchase)
All other items including our magical Animal Kigurumi, Character outfits, and standard accessories are eligible for return within the 15-day window.

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate clearly in your return request if you prefer an exchange rather than a refund.
