Yes! Our kigurumi are designed with comfort in mind and generally run true to size. We offer detailed size charts for each product to help you find your perfect fit. For our taller dreamers, we have special X-Tall options to ensure everyone can enjoy the cozy magic!
Do you offer accessories to go with the kigurumi?
Absolutely! We have a wonderful selection of accessories including bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and special character items to complement your kigurumi outfit. Check out our “Accessories” section for the complete magical collection!
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days from our Tucson, Arizona headquarters. After processing:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after shipping via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders $50+): 15-25 days after shipping via EMS
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We’re proud to ship our magical sleepwear to dreamers around the world! We currently deliver to most countries, with the exception of some remote areas in Asia and a few other remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package’s magical journey from our cozy headquarters in Tucson all the way to your doorstep!
Are there any additional fees for international orders?
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient for international orders. All packages include necessary customs documentation to help smooth the process. We consider all our international customers part of our global family and handle every order with the same care we’d give our neighbors!

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your magical sleepwear! You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
